My title of study would be about the electronic government strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and its solution in Turkish.

The subject that I will deal with was electronic government as it defines presentation of services twenty four hours a day, seven days a week (cavanugh, 2000). The electronic government means using of information technology in governmental sector for increasing of efficiency and effectiveness. That one of the output would be citizen satisfaction and their confidence on government on bet to successfully landing the process. Electronic government
Means the governments increase the accesses of citizen to valuable services day and night seven days a week without restricted access. Electronic government provides facility of access for services by informational technology and internet as well (uslaner, 2000). Electronic government can be a characteristic of good governance and a way toward democracy strong backing bite, electronic government beside these all benefits some challenges
Will be create due to week access and lack of significant point that would cause disbelieve, coup and many more human disasters that can be horror and guide the communities toward crisis.

As this title of study belongs to qualitative research methods my research method would be in the name of analyze of contexts by open interview as it defines as follow For study and understanding of contexts clear message and idea we use analyze of context
method as it would be only manner to conceive the main point and destination (mehmrzada, p4). When we want to know about any secret we should pay attention to the clear context that it may arrive the general point as the many courts do the same.

This study will have five sections in the first section will focused on preface of research, research importance, questions, pretends, goals, and main points that at all introduce the subject of the study. The second section will focus on research subject as the existed resource that organize the phenomena academically and professionally as the scientist says and publishing. The third section will focused on research method thus organize the method that we how the data will collect and how we will deal with. The fourth section will focused on analyze method of the collected data and the fifth section will focused on achievement, conclusion and resources that used in this research

This study can use as a text book and a power full reference by its importance from several aspects in first it is the updated subject of the day, secondly the research method will be organize for further and similar research titles and subjects.
This research will help the pupils to lean the achievements. For the politics to make decisions, for strategists to draw the strategy.
it would help the student and the deans to know about their country situation, holding the electronic government and its obstacle, the phenomena that can move the country toward promotion an 21st century as without of this phenomena we live in
4th century as we lives. It would be a strong toward good performance and building the bed rock as well as I advertised the finding to the government dignitaries too.
